Challenge

Thyssen Krupp, a multinational conglomerate focused on industrial engineering and steel production, was looking for new ways to recruit new employees to their 100K+ team. The company sought alternative ways to reach potential job candidates with varying job descriptions and target demographics.

Solution

With UZE's geolocation and sensor technology, Thyssen Krupp was able to reach their targeted demo. The campaign ran on delivery vans reaching potential job candidates in the right residential areas.

Results

The campaign was exhibited in the Ruhr area, resulted in an average of 3-5 new employments to the advertised positions. Real-time reporting showed that the jobs were filled twice as fast as in previous online advertisements.
